"We have just returned from a couple of nights at Brewers Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cottage is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and bigger than it seems from the photos. Foolow is convenient access to some lovely areas and walks in the Peak District, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage is the local pub that does fabulous food and has very friendly staff. "If you are looking for the perfect stay stop looking ! After driving up from London to explore the Peak District we were delighted to arrive at a very new, designer appointed lovely home ! Sitting at night and watching the birds on the canal was so peaceful and relaxing. While being close enough to Lyme Park and Lyme House - (Jane Austen would approve) and Chatsworth etc the truly grand homes we shopped and cooked as there was everything we needed to stay in and enjoy our stay.
