The staff was extremely helpful. We had a late check in due to the German trains being delayed. The staff upgraded our room and made us feel welcomed. The room was lovely and well appointed. The view was gorgeous! The breakfast had many options and was delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was large and comfortable. The only downside was the next door guest smoked on the balcony so we had to close our window and miss the fresh air. That’s okay; it is close to train so noisy but very quiet with windows closed. Comfortabl bed. The location was steps from train! So convenient. The breakfast was the highlight!!! Full, fresh, homemade breakfast: eggs, bacon, veg, yogurt, overnight oats, juices, breads, jams, etc. very good.

The hotel was good enough. For a summer visit, the unit did not have air conditioning, although windows can be opened that can help a bit. The restaurant was reasonably priced for Switzerland (so expensive, but at level of local places). I did not like how the restaurant charged me 5 CHF for tap water. I appreciated how the hotel stored my baggage even after I checked out while on a hike. While I would not seek out this hotel specifically again if I returned to the area, I would not actively avoid it.

the hotel is next station to take train to Zermatt, very convenient. The wifi was extremely weak. There is not much in the area besides hotels and few restaurants in the hotels. But it is a good location to explore zetmatt and the alps

The location is right next to the train station so getting to Zermatt was easy. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller (think cruise ship small). The internet was fine and the room was clean. There is no A/C in the building so for air you need to open the windows meaning you can hear the trains and the people walking around. The breakfast was included but the selection was minimal. The front desk staff were friendly but very backed up during check in. For the price (budget) it met expectations. I would stay again if traveling in the area.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Täsherhof. We chose this location based on the proximity to the train and that it could easily accommodate our family of four. Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch! The staff was fantastic and helpful upon arrival. Breakfast was great! Would stay again!
