"The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value. "

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "Staff were very kind and helpful. The suite was a little dated but clean. The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room. "
