"Beautiful building, friendly staff, an excellent onsite restaurant where we had dinner and my mom had food delivered to her room twice. We had two rooms. Both were comfortable and well equipped. Good WiFi. I stayed in an upstairs room 3 with my son and daughter. The beds were comfortable but the there is no closet, which was an inconvenience as we weee there for an event had needed to hang up our dresses. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful."

"The staff was helpful and amiable. The restaurant service acceptable Could not get WiFi for my computer in the room, had to go down to the reception to use it. "When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty. Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system. I do want to add that every other staff member we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."
