"This place is very sweet, not fancy, but if you like a good location and a clean and friendly place to sleep on your beach stay, this is it. The ladies took care in the breakfast they put out, everything seemed fresh and they kept it tidied. They also had a happy hour that we didn't go to, but provided 2 drinks and an app per guest. I thought it was a very nice value, and they were all very kind. The pool was nice, and they had some cute little hang out areas around it with nice comfy furniture....

"It was an awesome experience except for the 2am knock on our door, only to find no one outside. And the curtains werent able to close completely, so outsiders could see in. When your room is right at the staircase, that's NOT ideal."

"Right on the edge of downtown Rockport and a very short walk to the waters edge where there is a concrete breakwater structure to fish along a channel with good fish movement. I was not in Rockport for any of the seasonal many events. I was there to do maintenance work on a boat I store near Rockport and needed a place to lay my head. I was pleasantly surprised by the room accommodations, the cleanliness, the friendliness and the location. This little jewel is a great value! I highly recommend...

"This property is right off of a freeway, but surprisingly it wasn't as loud as I thought it might be. Traffic dies down around 11pm. There is plenty of parking and I felt safe. It is close to lots of restaurants and the local mall, plus Padre Island is about 15-20 mins South. North Beach is about 20-25 mins in the opposite direction. The staff was decent, no complaints there. They were all business."
