Conveniently located, this property is run by Lucie, a French woman caring and fluent in English and Spanish. She runs the place in a warm way making it cozy and nice to be in. She cooks delicously as well. There are two calm and nice dogs that run freely. It is all a soothing environment. She arranges for transportation and gives u tips. Rooms and pretty, with AC. I spent almost a week in Divanga using it as base and the plays draws relaxed travellers fun to talk to. Super recommended.

Not good service from hotel for our snorkel trip. Our vendor promised we could use cards, but when we went to pay they did not take cards. We waited to pay the captain with cash for hours, but he never met us. We had to rent mask and snorkel at beach and the snorkels leaked. We have been on snorkel trips worldwide and never put in...

Hotel is an oasis! Beautiful, boutique hotel. We struggled a little to communicate with the staff, but they were all incredibly friendly and the service was wonderful. The bathroom in the standard room is not separate, so you can see into the shower from the bed, regardless, comfortable, well-kept room.

Two friends and I stayed here before the Lost City trek. The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely rooftop deck serving delicious meals, is very well located and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is outstanding; they were not only friendly but incredibly helpful on our return from the trek. They called the airline for us to change flights, stored our luggage, and provided extensive advice. Couldn't be happier about this hotel and would stay again!

Very friendly, very helpful. When our driver couldn't make it to the Casa to take us to Santa Marta airport for our flight to Bogota, Marisela took us both in our car and drove the hour and 15 minutes to drop us off at the airport.
Even though we don't speak much Spanish at all, her entire staff took the effort to communicate with us in English throughout our stay.
The location is fantastic and you have the choice of tenting on the beach to common dorm type accomodation to a couple of rooms...
