Tagaytay Summer House

Summer House is a 2-bedroom Pet-Friendly holiday home with a balcony set in Tagaytay CIty. It is fully equipped and furnished. The property is located at the back of the Our Lady of Lourdes Church and Ayala mall. Very accessible to restaurants, malls and banks. 5 min drive from the Tagaytay Rotunda. 2.9km from Sky Ranch while People's Park in the Sky is 6km away. Taal Lake is 9 km away. . The nearest airport is Ninoy Aquino International Airport, 44km.

Summer House is our private home that we share with guests. Its a 2-bedroom fully- furnished house with a balcony perfect for relaxation.

- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with pull out bed, 2 pillows and 1 fleece blanket for each bed, cabinets with hangers, clothes iron and iron board, air-conditioned.
- Living room: Wooden day bed and ottoman chairs with throw pillows.
- Comfort Room: Toilet, Hot and Cold shower, bidet, bath towels and basic toiletries.
- Kitchen: 4-seater dining table, refrigerator, 3 burner gas range with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, cooking utensils, electric kettle, dinnerware (plates, glasses, cups, fork & spoon).

The entire house is for your use only. We don't live inside the premises.

Interaction with guests
We will meet and orient you at the house upon your arrival. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything at all. We live inside the village just a few blocks away, so we are very much here.

Other things to note
Check in time is 2pm onwards. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know in advance.

Check out time is 11 am. If you require the house longer, please let us know in advance. If we have no other booking that day, we can be flexible with this timing.

We will give the wifi access code on the day of your arrival.

For long-term discounted bookings, we will provide toiletries, change sheets and clean the house weekly. Advise us when we can come to clean for you. We can also help in taking your laundry to the laundry shop. We pick up laundry on weekends. We will deliver them to you as soon as theyre finished. Laundry is not included in the rent we only give free pick up and delivery service. Laundry shop rate is P35.00/kilo

Iron and iron board is available inside the room cabinet.

If you want home service massage, we can put you in touch with a local masseuse. They can do full body or foot massage. Let us know 1 day in advance.
