"The location is great and the rooms have a beautiful view of the river and the bridge. Streetcar 23 runs past the hotel along the River. The stop with schedule is across from Save in foods. There are grocery stores within a couple minutes walk. The kitchenette is small but you can make meals. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. There is coffee available in the lobby. "

"A storm delayed check in but the front desk lady Joy, was super pleasant and professional and made everything a breeze when it all got up and running. She was the rainbow at the end of the storm and we got into our room with a complimentary breakfast upgrade. The room was perfect and comfortable, clean and a perfect nights stay.
