"We checked in very late but the staff had left the room open for us. We were “late” for breakfast, but the staff prepared our plates, set up a small table and chairs IN our room for us!! And the food was absolutely delicious! We were sad to leave without enjoying more that they had to offer! And the views…..👍 "

"The dome (vice the 2 cabins) is closer to glamping. This is very much a get surreal with nature moment. The geodesic dome is located just above the lake where you can hear the gentle tumble of waves on the shore and has a skylight, “panoramic windows” facing the shore and a wood stove waiting for you to light it up. There is no electricity in the dome, no WiFi and minimal cellular connectivity, so get ready to disconnect from your social network and to reconnect with nature. Bring your own food, but the utensils etc are provided. The is a wood fired sauna and a plunge pool/tank and the lake (about as cold the plunge tank) - frosty in August. It dropped to 8C overnight but we were snug and warm weighed down with enough blankets and comforters. Loved every minute of our time there. "

"Great communication with owner and the cabin was a fantastic place to soak in the mountain views and disconnect.Although we experienced chilly weather, the outdoor shower was part of the rustic charm.We were surprised at first, but actually loved the fact that outhouse had no door. Great views on the mountains!Just a heads up to other campers: although the cabin description indicates wifi access, the satellite dish is actually connected to another cabin, so your access is dependent on these visitors turning their power on and off.Otherwise, a great stay and would definitely visit again."
