"Die Unterkunft hat kurz nach der Buchung die Buchung bestätigt. Kurz vor der Anreise hat die Unterkunft - unter Umgehung von Expedia über WhatsApp - erklärt, es gäbe "Probleme" mit der Reservierung. Das war dann identisch mit einem Rücktritt von Seiten der Unterkunft. Expedia selbst wurde kontaktiert, hat aber überhaupt nie reagiert. Verhalten Expedia war noch unbrauchbarer, als Verhalten Unterkunft! Also Vorsicht!"

"We spent two nights here during the Taragalte festival and enjoyed our stay. Yahya was very nice and organized our transport from Zagora to Mhamid and then from the hotel to the festival each evening. Note: DO NOT BOOK ON EXPEDIA. I booked through Expedia and was charged when I made the reservation. However, when I got to the hotel, Yahya asked me to pay the entire cost AGAIN in cash. He said he doesn’t work with Expedia anymore, but can’t figure out how to close his account with them. Luckily,...
