"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant had a good range of options and wasn’t too busy even at peak times. There was a bit of a shortage of beds around the pool and people were leaving towels from 7am and then disappearing for half the day which doesn’t help. The other bars and restaurants in the complex were good and the prices were very reasonable. The location of the Hotel is very central but not too noisy. We would visit again."
