Ice machine didn’t work except on 2nd floor. Side door wouldn’t lock. Plug ins did not work by the beds. No quiet hours, pool door left open and people in the pool until well past 1 am. People yelling in the hallways at 2 am. If you want sleep and friendly staff I would look elsewhere.

Door was open at check in, musty smell in room, the door privacy latch was missing. Luckily door was able to lock. Next morning woken up by loud housekeepers whose voices were so loud I thought they were in the room. Ice machine apparently leaked and floor outside my door was wet, so they were wet vacuuming the carpet early in the morning. I understand it needed to be done, but this was the worst stay i have ever actually had there.

The room had an awful smell, outlets didn’t work, air conditioner was loud, no “pull” to make the shower work, dark hallway and dripping ceiling tiles. And, the automatic door was locked when we returned late and we had to wait 10 minutes after banging on the door. Staff was never at the front desk! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!

There was a problem with my door and I had to get my key reprogrammed 7 times in 1 night. The breakfast was not hot, luke warm at best and the bread looked like it was at least a week old. Will not stay there when I’m back in town.

Find another place to stay. Upon arrival we waited over 5 mins for the front desk person to show up as the displayed sign said he was helping a guest. He was obviously doing work away from the front desk as the sign was up for hours that evening. The room was not well insulated as we heard people in the hall repeatedly talking for hours that evening and the person above us walking around the next morning. The combo bath/shower drain was coated with white stuff as if repaired by amateurs and the paint on the sheetrock all around the unit was cracking and peeling. We were disappointed and not impressed in the slightest.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast included a good selection. The only drawback we experienced was being at the end of the hallway near the stairs. The doors opening and closing were very loud. The rooms do not have good noise management, so the hallway noises woke us frequently. Good hotel for the price point.

No coffee pot in room. It did have a refrigerator and a microwave. I did not think for 150.00 a night the room was that nice. The pool was freezing could not even get in. The ladder to the pool was rusty. Housekeeping knocking on my doorat 7:45 am.
