"This was our second stay at this property and it was amazing. One little hiccup on arrival of beds not being made, but the owner took care of it from his own vacation in Europe. The place is fantastic. The wind was not our friend so we didn’t spend time on the lake this time but sitting and watching the lake was nice. Morning visits from the geese each morning was something we looked forward to. Even saw a coyote try to get the geese one morning. "

"We had a family of 4 plus a bonus family member. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils. The dishwasher and fridge were new and worked very well. The host also provides some games ranging from apples to apples jr edition and sorry all the way to cards for humanity and the OG Trivial Pursuit. You can’t get bored here!The view is breathtaking and we spent hours just sitting on the back porch and decompressing. Please do note that if you’re not able bodied you would find this property challenging. There are a dozen or so wooden steps to get from the parking to the home. There are also more than 60 stairs to get to the water. Very much worth it if you’re capable! It was so serene on the landing on the water!We really enjoyed our stay! The property is exactly as it’s depicted! We hope to stay again on a future trip! "

"Cleanliness was good, but upkeep of the premises is concerning. Roof needs cleaning of debris, flashings are missing, broken items are stashed at the side of the building and can be seen from some tables, covers on electrical mechanisms are missing, carpet is old and dirty in entrance area, etc. Going out of business soon? It would be a shame as it is a lovely place. Owners need to spruce it up."
