This gorgeous single story house with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe has been totally remodeled and features every amenity, including a level 2 EV charger in the garage Access to the stunning private Lake Tahoe Park Beach club is included. Our house features a lovely gourmet kitchen and master bath with jetted tub, two fireplaces, huge L- shaped deck overlooking the Lake with a Sundance Spa, new luxury mattresses, gas BBQ and a brand new fire pit on the patio, surrounded by towering pines. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cookware and a myriad of appliances and utensils for meals from casual to gourmet.

This warm and welcoming house has amazing Lake views from the master bedroom and bathroom, second king bedroom, living and dining rooms and sun room. Designed and built by the locally revered team of Morton and Beck, our custom home is beautifully furnished in newly redone minimalist Tahoe style. We proudly offer exclusive entry to the Lake Tahoe Park Association private beach club. The living room is ample and the furnishings are constantly upgraded and top quality.There is high-speed internet service with WiFi, Big screen HD Smart TV, and Apple TV. Free landline phone service within the US. Every bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV. The house features two bedrooms with king size beds as well as a bunk room with 4 twin beds and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Our home is nearly 3,000 square feet and features two fireplaces, one woodburning and the other with a remote control gas log. There is a private patio in the front with a large stainless steel gas BBQ ( the BBQ is available when snow is not present)and new firepit, and in the back, a huge, wrap-around deck with panoramic views facing Lake Tahoe. Paneled in first- cut redwood, the house has an extensive collection of board games for guest use, as well as beach chairs, inflatable raft and umbrella, rolling cooler and beach wagon ad assorted beach toys. Hundreds of books, from recent bestsellers to hiking and fishing guides to the area are available for guest use. The huge, living room flat screen TV now features smart capabilities - you may order any form of entertainment you enjoy and view it instantaneously. The new flat screen in the rear king bedroom also features Apple TV.

Guests enjoy a free membership to the Lake Tahoe Park lakefront beach club. This private club located on the shore of Lake Tahoe, features two long piers, BBQs and lakefront picnic tables, horseshoes, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground for the kids and many grassy areas. Enjoy Lakefront watercraft, beach activities, picnics and cookouts with stunning views or just a nap in the sun with the Lake as a backdrop!

We are located three miles south of Tahoe City in Talmont Estates. Reno is approximately 45 minutes away and Incline Village, Nevada is 25 minutes. The ski resorts of Homewood ( 5 minutes away), Granlibakken ( 1 minute), Palisades and Alpine ( 20 minutes) are all close by. Dining options are extensive and varied, from four-star restaurants to innovative family fare. Every form of outdoor adventure is readily available nearby - skiing, snowboarding, hiking, world class trout fishing, ATV's, parasailing, watercraft rental of all types, etc. Come enjoy Tahoe at its best!

Great Lake Tahoe Winter Stay

Great location with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe! Easy access to Palisades Tahoe, Truckee and Tahoe City. Very comfortable accommodations, plus everything you would ever need in the kitchen.

Best Stay in Tahoe City

We stayed there for 2 weeks during the holiday. The house has gorgeous lake view and very nicely done. The house has the most completed supplies at all the rentals we've ever stayed. You can find everything you need. Convenient location to Palisades Tahoe. The owner was super helpful and respond to our questions very fast. We enjoyed our stay there and booked another trip already. Thank you!

Amazing home. Breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. Everything was just as it said in the listing. Hottub was wonderful. Plenty of room. Kitchen was perfect. Garage was a must. The roads were always plowed. Living room was super comfy. All around great home. We will be back.

We enjoyed our first trip to the Lake Tahoe area. The house had plenty of space for our family of four, and we loved the brand new hot tub. It was a bit warm a few days while we were there, so we contacted the owner and property manager. They both were fast to help us and sent over 4 new box fans. We had a wonderful trip and thought the home was lovely with spectacular views of the stunning lake. It was away from the crowds - making it a nice, quiet place to relax and renew.

Outstanding!

The house was great for our purposes as a family get together for Thanksgiving. The house was probably the most equipped VRBO house we have ever rented. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The house is all one level which made it easy for everyone. The house has great views of the lake and mountains. The location is a 10 minute drive to Tahoe City. Will definitely return.

We rented this beautiful home with another couple. We arrived at night and were blown away but the house itself. We could not wait until morning to see the view and we were not disappointed! The view is amazing! The pictures do not compare to the real deal! The set up of the house was Perfect for families because the bedrooms are at one end of the house and kitchen/living/dining rooms are on the other side. It was very clean and cozy! We will be back!

Nice house. We had a wonderful time. Not as well appointed with gadgets and kitchen staples as our previous VRBO summer homes in Laguna and Dana point but possibly because this home is not lived in year round. All in all a great experience and no complaints. PS If there is a food bank or donation site for sealed food items we were not allowed to leave behind due to bears, future tenants may find this preferable to throwing away what could not be taken with us. Thanks again!!!

Picturesque Retreat

Lake Tahoe is straight out of a postcard when it snows and this house is a perfect setting to experience the beauty of it all. The house is as advertised and then some. The views are beautiful and the house is comfortable. The layout is optimal. It has a great book selection! The kitchen is well furnished with all the appliances you could need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well stocked. The house was very clean and inviting. We didn't plan on snow, but snow is what we got so we were happy to see the owners took the time to provide a binder with all the info on activities in the area. It was very helpful and informative. The owners were easy to work with and were very responsive. We had no issues while were there. It's a great place to get away and enjoy nature or stay in and enjoy a good book. We recommend!

Beautiful view and everything you need

Communication: immediate, helpful responses from Bill and Cindy before, during and after the stay! Property: just as advertised. Lots of space for our group. Great outdoor deck with comfortable furniture for eating and lounging with spectacular views of the lake from sunrise to sundown. Detached garage with space for your cars. Amenities: this is where the house really distinguished itself versus other properties we have visited. the owners thought of everything no matter how minor: shampoo, soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, bikes, Netflix, spa with chemicals, BBQ with propane, steak knives, multiple coffee brewing systems, fans, bikes, beach chairs, etc. Extras: having access to the private beach club (about 1 mile away by car) was terrific as the public beaches are quite crowded during the summer. Neighborhood: residential neighborhood up a hill from the lake, nice to walk around, a bit of traffic noise from the road just in front of the house but died down after dinner, lots of hiking trails accessible within a 1/4 mile of the house. Overall: fantastic stay which exceeded our expectations.

We took our 3 grown children and their significant others to reconnect with us. This property was magnificent. We sincerely loved every moment we spent here. The property was just as advertised.The hosts had many consumables that really helped us. There was an abundance of space for each couple to spend time separate from the rest of the family. The kitchen was well stocked!We hated to leave.

Unforgettable Experience - Loved Everything!

The home is beautiful and the views of the lake just make you pause in wonder. We slept very well and we were happily surprised to wake up to snowfall on my husband’s 40th birthday. Coffee and watching the lake and feeling overwhelmed by the majestic beauty that Lake Tahoe offers will always be memorable to us. The kitchen is very well stocked and the owners are extremely thoughtful in everything they provide in this home. My kids and I have never seen snowfall before and that alone coupled with this beautiful home made lasting memories for all of us. We would love to come back again and would highly recommend this home as a beautiful Lake Tahoe vacation spot.

Amazing Property

The house was beautiful and well maintained and it was stocked with everything you'd ever want. Very clean and cozy. The view was amazing. We were 6 friends from Minnesota on a girls trip. We had so much fun. I'd highly recommend this property. Couldn't ask for more.
