Bring water shoes for rocky lake bottom. Updates are NOT needed & would put price out of my range. The place is great value as is. Home is clean, comfortable and lived-in which is a plus if you have kids. Kitchen, dining & deck all on 2nd story which you might need to consider if you have older guests. "

"This property sits in a well-appointed residential neighborhood with lots of great hills and lake views. You can walk to a little bakery down the hill. You can walk across North Lake Blvd. to great hiking and biking trails. The front deck is enclosed and good for a dog. The backyard deck is NOT enclosed. Both decks are newer and very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Beds are comfortable as is family room furniture. Peekaboo lake view from front windows is a bonus!"

Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. I will definitely be coming back."
