"Exterior of property was nice. The owner was extremely rude, and the interior portion of the hotel (rooms) was not in the best condition. Definitely needed to be updated and cleaned. The room served its purpose, but definitely pushing to be the 3.7 star rating that it is getting."

"We stayed in what must be an older building. It was very run down and not clean. Our room had what looked like a blood spat on the bathroom wall and the floor was dirty with hair everywhere. The carpet was not vacuumed. There were no rooms available at any other hotels so we didn't have a choice but to stay. When we initially checked in the clerk was very nice. After we checked out and left I realized I left my sweatshirt in the room. I called a few times to see if it was found and couldn't get an answer or a call back. I don't normally leave reviews but this stay was terrible."

"We did not stay. I have tried to cancel this reservation well in advance by phone and email. We were unable to travel due to medical issues. I was charged $90.85 for this stay that I refuse to pay. This has not been a positive experience between Best Western and Expedia. l. "

"The pros about this property were the air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator worked. The cons are very numerous, the property is poorly maintained. The main entry was blocked off for some type of maintenance so we had to traipse over gravel to get in. Our room was dirty. We had to dust the headboard, the cabinet where the towels are stored was dusty, the coffee maker was dirty and couldn’t be used, the microwave didn’t work properly, the tub had a leak in the ceiling above it, the shower rod was about to fall off the wall, the flooring was chipped and cracked. The walls in the rooms are so thin that we could hear the neighbors conversation plainly. Therefore, it was very noisy and a sleepless night. I know this is an inexpensive hotel, but at the very least the property needs to be repaired and kept clean. We left after one night even though we paid for two nights and we did not try the breakfast. I will not be staying at a Super 8 again!"
