"When I went for breakfast, I was told by the receptionist that all tables are full. And she can put me in a 6 people table, but I will have other joining me. Or the option is to eat in the bar section on the opposite side of the restuarant (that means I have to walk across the hallway and then all the way to the back of the restaurant to get food!!!). I asked if I can wait because it was the first time I got asked to eat away from the restuarnat and walk across the hallway to the bar area. Then 15 seconds later they took me to a table, and to my suprise, there were about 10 to 15 empty tables for 2 people !!!
Not very nice to ask me to eat in the bar, so they can save the tables for other guests???
I spoke to the manager on call at the front desk, and all he did was apologize, and then..., nothing ???? I guess it was not unusual to hear these types complaints in the hotel.
The other issue was, my wife was having a drink at the bar. Then our friends showed up, so she asked the waiter to move the 2 tables together so we can talk. They refused! When I came down to join them, I thought is was rediculous that we can not put the tables together. So I ask the bartendar directly (who was a foreigner), and immediately said it was ok to move the table together.
We will never stay at this hotel again!!!"
