"Hotel is very good rooms are well maintained some of the furniture is a little worn. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times the staff isn’t so friendly no parking offered and I wouldn’t say the gym is really a gym"

"Well designed hotel, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the location and neighbourhood as well. However as some others have noted, it is VERY damp and smells musty despite the A/C and fan being on. We were there for one night so it was ok but would not have stayed if longer than that despite how affordable it was. "

"Overall, the hotel is conveniently located, and I was satisfied with the staff’s service and attitude. However, the room was quite small, and the bed could only be accessed from one side. The bathroom was also not ideal—the bathtub was too high and water easily spilled onto the floor, which could be unsafe. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement."

"When I went for breakfast, I was told by the receptionist that all tables are full. And she can put me in a 6 people table, but I will have other joining me. Or the option is to eat in the bar section on the opposite side of the restuarant (that means I have to walk across the hallway and then all the way to the back of the restaurant to get food!!!). I asked if I can wait because it was the first time I got asked to eat away from the restuarnat and walk across the hallway to the bar area. Then 15 seconds later they took me to a table, and to my suprise, there were about 10 to 15 empty tables for 2 people !!! Not very nice to ask me to eat in the bar, so they can save the tables for other guests??? I spoke to the manager on call at the front desk, and all he did was apologize, and then..., nothing ???? I guess it was not unusual to hear these types complaints in the hotel. The other issue was, my wife was having a drink at the bar. Then our friends showed up, so she asked the waiter to move the 2 tables together so we can talk. They refused! When I came down to join them, I thought is was rediculous that we can not put the tables together. So I ask the bartendar directly (who was a foreigner), and immediately said it was ok to move the table together. We will never stay at this hotel again!!!"

"Room was incredibly spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Taipei. Loved that there’s a little sit down area to probably enjoy snacks & food. Loved the space in the bathroom as well. Surprisenly very little dust! Was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I forgot to check out the pool but the gym is very simple. And laundry was straightforward. Would come back again! "
