The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the property is very comfortable with far more amenities than you’d expect for a small hotel. Everything is well run and thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the water taxis for exploring Abel Tasman National Park, which made our trips very easy. The only minor thing we noticed was that the kitchenette in our room was quite small with limited storage space. However, the large communal kitchen was fantastic and made cooking easy. Overall, a great place to stay and a perfect base for exploring the area."
