ホテルの清潔さ、静かな環境はとても良かったです。 一方で、駐車場を使いましたが、チェックインのときもチェックアウトのときも、何も案内されず。掲示物も分かりにくかったので、知らずに精算すると7,500円という金額が請求されました。引き返してフロントで減額手続きをしましたが、案内をしっかりしてほしいと思いました。

新高岡駅が目の前にあって22時までではあるけど駅入ってすぐにセブンがあるのでコンビニにも困りません。ホテルは15時のチェックインにならないとお部屋には入れないので早めに15分前とかに来てもカードキーを受け取れますがロビーで待たされます。 ロビーにコーヒーサーバーがあるけど朝食タイムのみなのが残念。お部屋にポットはあるけどロビーにある煎茶か梅昆布茶を取りに行かないと飲めません。お部屋の中は禁煙だったけどこもった匂いがしてて湿度のせいなのかな？同行者が喫煙者でしたが、ホテル敷地内の外にでないと喫煙できないのがなー、喫煙部屋が各階にあれば良いのにと申しておりました。朝食は無料なので文句は言えませんがタマゴ焼きが欲しかったかな。同行者は納豆が欲しかったそうです。

初めてこのホテルを利用しました。 まずスタッフさんが、とても丁寧でした。 さりげなく先手を打つサポートが素晴らしいです。 シャワーの温度切り替えが遅めですが、オーバーヘッドシャワーに感動しました。 また、朝食は無料とは思えないほど、とても美味しかったです。 最寄りのコンビニが24時間ではないけれど、横のイオンモールは大変便利でした。 （でも大き過ぎて、とても疲れました。笑） 駅近で、交通の利便性も高い。 このサービスでこの価格は大変満足でした。 また利用させて頂きます。 どうもありがとうございました！
