"This was my second time staying here, I really enjoyed it. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful with any questions. This hotel does luggage delivery as well. The location is good, far from any noise but close enough to walk to the main area and nishiki market. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. For solo travelers its very spacious. Air conditioning works well. The bathrooms are pretty big as well. In the main lobby there is a water and ice machine."

In the evenings, we could simply walk out the door and be in the middle of the vibrant Pontocho Alley for dinner, or take a short stroll across the bridge to explore the historic Gion district. The convenience is simply unmatched. ​The room was a perfect blend of modern luxury and Japanese elegance. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with incredible attention to detail. ​Finally, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming.
