"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"We loved our stay at The Hotel Higashiyama. It is a quiet escape from the crowds at Gion, but only a 15-20 minute walk from the area. The hotel staff are so sweet and helpful with calling a taxi or arranging luggage forwarding. Breakfast was excellent. 10/10 would stay again."

The location was easy to get to and easy to access other things we wanted to see since it was on a readily available train route. Overall, the hotel was very nice and staff were amazing. The shuttle to the JR line was very useful but honestly in a very quiet neighborhood kind of out of the way from everything. I probably would recommend this hotel with older children or adults."
