"We disembarked our cruise ship early in the morning. Proceeded to the Yotel hotel we booked, so we have a place to hold our luggage’s and somewhere to rest since we have 15+ hours before our midnight flight back to Germany. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. Staff was very accommodating to our early check-in and check-out requirements, waiving any additional costs. If we were staying in Singapore would have definitely stayed here. Great amenities and walking distance to sites, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended to all travelers visiting Singapore. Thank you."

"Rooms were very clean and fairly spacious. We didn’t have breakfast included but the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel was in a great location, close to public transport which was very easy to use. "

"Great location , clean,attentive staff. Was upgraded to newly renovated room. Nothing like the photos of the room I booked . No storage,no desk, serviced every 3 days. No arm chair ,bed was very firm and uncomfortable,fridge was shoved into a small wooden cupboard with no ventilation did not get cold. In general it was a disappointment. All show and not practical ,single night stay ok. Extended not practical at all. Sorry guys it was a fail!!"

"Rooms are newly renovated, very clean. Staff is efficient and friendly. Location is perfect. However, there was a woman in a skimpy dress who was banging on our door at 1230am. She had the wrong room. Maybe security can be tightened as we were very much disturbed that night "
