"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. We especially enjoyed the morning ceremony, which made the experience memorable. On the downside, the stay felt quite expensive by any standard. Considering the price, it was disappointing that every step in the hallway could be heard, and that drinks other than tea were not included."
