Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. Place is located on the side of small car road, not inside. Search '清舎' on google map."

"Amazing room, especially for the price, even as a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend (and have done to friends and family already). Great location, can see the deer from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basically an apartment, with a hob to cook on, a washing machine, just amazing. I can praise highly enough. Wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely return if I ever go to Japan again."

"My wife and I loved our time at this property. It has a very cute garden where we would sit and have tea. We also enjoyed the art display in the living room, which was all made by the host’s mother. "我が家で過ごしているように快適に過ごせました。調味料やアメニティまで全て揃っていて、申し分なかったです。ただ、家の前の駐車スペースが狭く（軽自動車1台しか停めることが出来ない）、また前の道路も車1台分しか通れる幅しかないのでそこが不便でした。（別の駐車スペースに移動することになりました）あと、部屋の中の暖炉周りだけが汚かった。そこは掃除が不十分だと思います。それと洗濯バサミも置いて欲しい。ズボンなどをハンガーで干す時に留めるためにあると便利だと思います。部屋全体的にはとても綺麗でした。ありがとうございました。 "

"My stay was surprisingly pleasant. The hotel is about 5 mins walk from Nara Station where there is an Aeon supermarket and at walkable distance to tourist attractions. The property is a little older but the room was much bigger, cleaner and brighter than other properties with the same grade. The room I stayed at has a queen size bed and a sofa, hardwood floor (instead of carpet), and updated lighting. It was good value for money spent."

"I loved this place. Very clean. Loved my room. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hot spring was one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Japan. It's right next to the train station. It's a perfect way to get a taste of the experience of more traditional Japanese accommodations, but in a medium sized hotel. If I ever go back to Nara I would not hesitate to stay here again."
