The room is small by western standards, but it was clean and comfortable the bathroom is a “Unit Bath” It contains everything you need but it won’t be what you expect. If you are “Plus Sized” in anyway: Height or Weight, you might not love it. Me at a little over 5’10”, 204lbs find it snug but workable. The Tub is actually designed for soaking. Anyhow, for the price, It was very nice."

However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. Very near to Takashimaya and Isetan Shopping Mall."
