"First and foremost the staff are super excellent .They treat as a family member : always with a natural smile and warmth in their eyes . With that welcome everything else just becomes irrelevant . The housekeeping team is good ! Rooms are a little small but very efficient and comfortable . Excellent bath and toilet facilities. They helped us with directions, ordered taxis , helped us understand the laundry machines and so on . Nothing was too small for the team . They are quite comfortable with English . Hotel is close to Hiroshima railway station : making it easy to get food and supplies even after midnight ! Very convenient location!! "

"I loved this hotel! My room was nice and clean and had a fantastic view. I also loved the area at the top of the hotel where you can get drinks anytime while enjoying great views over the city. The hotel is very well situated close to the peace park and is easily accessible via public transportation. I can only recommend this hotel."
