Our keys frequently stopped working to unlock the door, twice after being just made at the front desk just before heading upstairs to the room. "The Hotel was greatly located, in the Galata neighbourhood, which has shopping boutiques, Restaurants, cafes and Bars. The only downside is that the hotel is actually composed of two buildings together, and we were placed in the building on the back, which was older and not very nice looking, maybe it was because we were staying in a Apartment-size room. The Breakfast was appreciated, although it didn’t had much options. We didn’t had time to try the pool nor the sauna, maybe next time. "
