"Prachtig huis, heel veel ruimte. zonder problemen kunnen hier vier kinderen en zes volwassenen verblijven. Duidelijk is wel dat het huis van eigenaar is gewisseld en er nog wat zaken moeten worden aangepakt. wij waren hier de tweede week van september, prachtig weer en veel gebruik gemaakt van het heerlijke zwembad."

"Villa Rene is very spacious and has everything you need for a very relaxing stay. The heated pool was lovely and the opening and closing of the cover was very simple. We were greeted by Geoff who showed us everything and explained how to use the more complicated items including the TV which you can get all the UK channels. The Gas barbecue was brilliant and the choice in the supermarkets for fresh meat, vegetables and fish were amazing. The Villa was extremely quiet and secure and the location...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une villa magnifique et très bien entretenue. La villa est spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée ; elle est entourée d'un magnifique jardin arboré, avec une grande piscine chauffée. L'environnement est très calme. Il y a beaucoup de sites à voir aux alentours (Carcassonne, Minerve, grotte du Limousis, canal du Midi ...). Edith et Pascal, les propriétaires, nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été de bon conseil pour les visites."

"We had a wonderful time at Kia Ora, which is a beautiful villa with character but modern facilities which provided everything our family needed for a lovely stay. Set in a peaceful village but near enough to places of interest and the sea, it was ideally position. Definitely somewhere we would stay again!"

"We had a fantastic 2-week stay here. The location is great, with a pool on the complex and nice beaches nearby at La Franqui and Leucate. Also wonderful restaurants in the village. We were 2 adults with 3 kids from 10-14 and the villa was the perfect size. Lovely terrace and garden area. Marie-Christine was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Would recommend!"

Elle est parfaitement équipée pour un séjour en toute tranquillité. Le coin piscine a vraiment séduit les petits mais aussi les grands! "The property and pool were larger than I was expecting. Handy location with a bakery and Lidl 10 minutes walk away. We caught the bus just across the road to the lake and enjoyed the water park and inflatables there. Great to be able to walk to the castle. Susan was very kind and helpful."

"Lovely house, pictures are not completely accurate. Owner does only speak french, which didn't bother us, but just be aware. Everythin was lovely and Nadine was perfectly hospitable. I will say France sweet villas weren't as on the ball as they should be. I asked multiple times to confirm the comfort kits and we were told it was done, however, when we got there, the lovely lady told us no one had communicated this to her, she was very apologetic and helpful."
