We shared a very economical 2 bedroom suite, with kitchen and living room, and bathroom and balcony. Beds were reasonably comfortable. We were on the quiet side of the building away from traffic. Water pressure was excellent. Hot water readily available. Front desk 2 women, Old and other fellow we're all courteous and helpful. Washing machine in unit for washing clothes, and drying rack exceeded expectations. Accessible from Kayseri castle via bus 133 or 566. Or from tramline station Tala Belediyesi on T2 line. Then a 120 TLcab ride or 2.5km walk. Fridge worked well. Gas stove worked well. Overall expectations exceeded. Would definitely stay again if I ctheatea.

We booked in duman safir as a whole family for 4 nights. Some staff were friendly but some were very rude with us. Especially female staff, they weren't friendly at all, we came from.Morocoo so we don't know turkish ,some of them would try to speak english with us and some would rather shut then. Speak with us. The second day the kettle didn't work so we asked them for an other one or to fix it, the female employee was rude with my sister and told her to go awah nthg could be done, we deal with the things we have. At leats the male employee that we find at night did come to the apartment and checked all the little problems we had fixed some and told us that he would try to fix the kettle eventhough hhh no one came back with a new one but at least he did something than the lady in the morning who didn't even listen to my sis or try to fix the problems, we felt like they did us good by letting us using the apartment like theh gave us the apartmenet for free, i was really enraged by her actions. But i swear if nor for the other employees this review woyld have been full of hatered. The apartment was clean on the 10th floor , location is very good near m grocery shops, transportation and local food. The view from the apartment was breathe-taking the sunset and the sunrise were very beutifull from balcony. Overall, if not for the staff i would say it is excellent. But...

Once you arrive at the property you have to contact someone from the office because during the day nobody is there. During the night it is much better. Parking is limited.

Konumu güzel, otopark mevcut, çalışanlar çözüm odaklı ve yardımcı. Çok yakındaki belediyenin Mevlana restoranı mükemmel ve ucuz. Erciyese ulaşım daha yakın ve yol sakin. Biz 3. Katta bir odada kaldık. Oda yıpranmış ve bakımsız dı. Oda temiz ancak yıpranmalar temizliği göstermiyor. Sonuç olarak uygun fiyatlı ve tatmin edici. Rahatlıkla kalınabilir.

Yataklar gayet rahattı, temizlik konusunda hiçbir problem yoktu. Bir sorunu çözemediğimizde hemen müdahale edip yardımcı oldular. Ailemle konakladık her şeyden memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Die Wohnung war so von verdreckt. Es hat nach Rauch gestunken. Komische Leute gingen rein und raus im Hochhaus. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Küche war nucht sauber. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Ameisenhaufen war im der Küche. Überall krabbelten Ameisen herum. Das Sofa war sehr schmutzig und hatte ein Loch. Ich werde nie wieder im dieser Unterkunft bleiben.

Harika bir deneyim.

Güler yüzlü personel, güzel konumda, gerek kısa gerekse uzun süreli konaklamalarda çok rahat edilebilecek bir mekan. Özellikle aileler için ideal. Dairelerde kişiye özel ufal tefek eksiklikler olabilir, gitmeden önce irtibata geçmekte fayda olabilir. Çevrede her türlü imkan mevcut. Terzisinden kasabına kadar hepsi yürüme mesafesinde.

Hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyon yapınca apart otel diye düşünmüştüm. Oysa gecelik kiraya verilen eşyalı daire imiş. Bilseydim rezervasyon yapmazdım. Kredi kartı bilgisi girdiğim ve iptal süresini geçtiğim için gittim ancak ödeme yapmaya sıra gelince kredi kartı kabul etmediklerini öğrendim. Mekan temizdi.

- В реале хуже,чем на фото.Очень тесно,матрасы плохие,грязный неопрятный диван и шторы,грязное постельное белье (с волосами),нет вечернего освещения ,вечером неприятное освещение только от люстры,нет шумоизоляции,душ соседей будит по ночам,1 полотенце. +Быстрый интернет,хорошая газовая плита,отопление,разрешили поздний выезд.
