We stumbled upon this little café on our way to Ísafjörður from Patreksfjörður, and what a find! This was probably the best meal I've ever had in Iceland. We each had coffee, freshly-made quiche, chickpea salad, and garlicky hummus with fresh-baked bread. We also shared soup made with coriander and freshly-caught fish, and a piece of carrot cake. Filling and delicious, this fantastic meal cost a very reasonable ISK 3,300 ($29 USD) per person. #TroverDetour

These geothermal pools, called "Pollurinn" are located at the top of a hill near Tálknafjörður (about a half hour drive from Patreksfjörður). They're free to use, and boast pools of different temperatures and a spectacular view! Don't forget to shower before you get in the pool. #TroverDetour
