"This trip to PR was a solo for me. It was a little scary at night. However, once in my little cabin, I was fine. I was not able to stay outside on the hammock at night because there was a gym that seems to be used by locals and there was a lot of traffic up and down to it. A few pick up trucks that came up by the cabins had me on edge. I think the outdoor lighting could be better. The property was quiet and peaceful during the day. I was able to walk around, there were horse stables and sheep, dogs and ducks (in fencing) along with a few roosters which roamed free. The animal noises did not bother me. Enjoying coffee outside in the mornings was wonderful with the sounds of all different birds. I only went down to the pool once but it was cloudy so I didn’t use it. The cabin had good air conditioning, a tv that had many programs to use, a coffee maker and small fridge. A microwave would’ve been great to reheat foods. But that was not in my room. My coffeemaker was dirty- so I only used the heating plate to heat water and made instant coffee. I didn’t get to go to the restaurant or do breakfast any days (not a morning person). The grounds are great for families. It was peaceful on my solo trip which is what I needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, however, I didn’t know who we could contact when things weren’t working or when a loud truck would come by during the night (startled me at 1am). I don’t know if it was grounds security. Overall good stay."

"Deben mejorar la comunicación. Tener más de 1 persona en servicio al cliente. Mejorar la ducha ya que se moja por todos lados. El desayuno las frutas estaban dañadas Y cuando llueve la cama se moja en el mismo centro."

"Excelente servicio, tanto en el front desk, restaurante , planta fisica ,housekeeping . Siempre hay cosas que mejorar pero un sevicio muy excelente . Estoy muy agradecida por que tenia una bajas expectativas del hotel y me callaron la boca ."

"Tiene estacionamiento, el staff en propiedad me tuvo bien informado. Si es un deal breaker que lo del hielo no sean tan accesible pués no es tu hotel. Centralizado en la Plaza de Ponce."
