2/10 … hated it, dirty & definitely had a smell through out the hotel. I purposely made sure i stayed out late to avoid being in the hotel any longer then I had to be. Please listen to the previous reviews. Avoid this hotel

My room was clean, but the general state of the hotel looks like on construction with elevators unpainted, laundry bags displaying… my room was ok but it did not have soap or shampoo and conditioner.

Stayed for one night. Place seems really sketchy. Checked in around 1am and the on call front desk guy walked us to our room. He was very nice but the place over all was very uncomfortable especially for 3 girls traveling alone.

It wasn't that bad until I discovered it was a homeless shelter overflow hotel. Paid for 6 people to stay for free, like living in California back in the 90's. The manager tried to kick me out by locking me out of my room, and wasn't pleasant about it. Belinda was great!

Extended Stay America had so many small roaches covering every wall including by the refrigerator, bathroom, beds and outside hallways. I was devastated. I stayed at another hotel and the money was worth it.

Horrible review!

Our room had roaches, wasn’t swept or mopped, counters weren’t whipped clean, stove was dirty. Roaches were everywhere in the bathroom (toilet,tub,sink and floor) when we got the room our door was not shut nor locked. Fridge had roaches going through it even the freezer.

ROACH MOTEL!!!!

This hotel was extremely dirty inside and out. Hallway floors were sticky and dirty. The elevator smelled and there were roaches in my room. When i walked in the door the kitchen counter was covered in roaches. A few ran across the floor and in the bathtub. I will never stay here again

Dirty room. Cockroaches in hall. I had a beetle on my neck when I entered room. Drug addicts live here so be prepared to have them knock on your door and try to enter like they did to my room. Fire alarm will go off in the middle of the night. Only good thing was the shower was warm.

Horrible communication

Worst hotel experience ever . We had already been staying there for business. Told ground desk we wanted to book for another month. They said there system was down do to the storm and promised we were good. Guys come back from working and were told to find another hotel that they were not taking reservations for the next few days and now it’s 10pm and we can’t find rooms for our guys! What a nightmare!

Hotel reception is behind an acrylic window, no lobby. Hallways smell like cigarette and marijuana. Disappointed that I didn’t realize this was a hotel that houses people long term and that changes all the dynamics of your stay. Everything was rusted, wobbly and not in very good condition (toilet top was cracked ) Bed was uncomfortable and covers were cheap.

The woman at the front desk was rude. Check in is at 3. I had to wait till about 3:40 to check in. The security door was broke. The hallway smelled like smoke. The room seemed pretty clean except i saw a raoch the next morning. I should've left when my room wasnt read when i got there. Bad vibes from the Beginning.

All of the towels were dirty, every time. We exchanged towels and the new towels were dirty. Stains and hair on them all. The room was noisy, from the cars outside, the people in the hallway, the floor was noisy and the doors closing all hours of the night. The staff was pretty rude. Only 1 lady was nice and only saw her once during the 2 week stay. The wifi could only be connected to 2 devices at a time and was slow.

Worse experience in a hotel!

Went I arrived I notice the many people in line having issues with management and many different complaints so my first room was never clean , toilet was filthy , shower and sink not drain properly so I complain and request another room and never the less I get another unacceptable dirty room but because my medical issues and situations with appt to a doctors next day I got no choice but to wrote hotel .com for another hotel but all respond I got was “ that sucks” so weird but I will do better home work next time I am traveling !
