Historic high ceiling 4 bedroom renovated with modern entertaining kitchen. 2 bedrooms one bath on first floor same on second. Central air, ceiling fans, wifi and lots of character.
Fenced yard has designated historic oak..
Neighborhood is 6 blocks from Florida capital.
I have 2 mini dachshunds who stay in the yard during the day.
I also have 3 studio units next door available for rent.
