Fantastic hotel with lovely modern and spacious rooms, large open gym and in a great location. The icing on the cake would be to include the spa/pool as standard to achieve god tier hotel status. But this is a tiny weakness in an otherwise fabulous hotel (and more non issue if you are just visiting for a short stay/city break). Would highly recommend!

All I can say is wow what a wonderful place. The view was absolutely incredible in our room. The bathroom was so nice. The staff was super friendly and nice. The breakfast was unbelievable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. If I could, I would live there. And my fiancé had such a wonderful time. Very very cool place. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Our room was large with an excellent view towards 'Old Town'. The staff responded quickly to a couple of requests for service. The breakfast is EXCELLENT, with a full range of choices. We did a 'couples massage' that included lunch on the top floor, with a wonderful view of the harbour.

This was our first visit to Tallinn, and we were absolutely delighted with the hotel. The staff at reception were fantastic. We received such a warm and friendly welcome, and they genuinely seemed interested in their guests. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful freestanding bathtub. But the real highlight came later. We mentioned at check-in that we were celebrating our anniversary. When we returned to our room that evening, there was a cake waiting for us, along with a lovely congratulation card. We’ve stayed in many hotels, but we’ve honestly never experienced anything like that. Such a thoughtful touch! The spa on the 8th floor is also great. We somehow hadn’t noticed that it comes with an additional charge, but the price was absolutely reasonable and it was definitely worth it. All in all, it was a wonderful experience in a really lovely hotel, and we would happily stay here again. If I had to mention one small thing: the edges around the shower doors were quite badly affected by limescale. A little extra descaling would make the bathroom feel even cleaner. But honestly, that’s a very minor point compared with the overall experience.
