"Hostess & owner Macy was so congenial and accommodating. She changed rooms for us as we all are "older" and did not want to try to maneuver the stairs to upper rooms. The breakfast was so delightful, the table setting was so lovely! We enjoyed our view of the river from the chairs and front porch swings. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we're in the area."

"Loved the people and food. Beautiful grounds and so unique. The only suggestion is for the cleaning crew to use less clorox in cleaning the room. It was SO strong when we checked in we had to open all the doors. Maybe a less pungent cleaner. Thank you."
