"The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. Overall a great stay and value....

"We enjoyed our stay here, and the family is really lovely. Breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed! The pool was clean and nice, just be aware it doesn’t have any privacy, as it’s in the middle of the Homestay. The bathroom has a cool design, but the shower leaked into the room. The location is quite far from the Center, but we always managed to get grabs within 5-7 minutes. Overall would recommend!"

"The Calm House was exactly as described… a calm house. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed after being in busy Hanoi! The staff/family that manage the property treated us like family and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. "방이 넓고 쾌적하며 청결합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 침대가 훌륭합니다. 다만, 건물 옆에 운동구장이 있는것 같은데 아침 일찍 운동하는 사람들로 인해 소음이 조금 있어요. 그리고 닭울음 소리도... 그리고 침실에 Exit 간판 불빛을 소등하거나 없애는 방법으로 개선이 필요해요. 빛에 예민한 사람들은요. 그것 빼고 나머지는 전부 다 만족해요. Ancient town고 가까워요~ 기회가 되면 다음에 또 머무를게요! "

"Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. We were there during TET holiday and our hosts made dinner for their guests which was such a delicious and kind gesture! Also because of this reason, we were met with daily karaoke...
