From the moment we arrived, everyone we met genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as special and comfortable as possible. The breakfast team deserve a particular mention — they were incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive every morning, and made us feel so well looked after. The whole team took such care with the little details, from daily gifts and thoughtful surprises to providing pregnancy pillows and making sure I was comfortable throughout our stay. It was this level of genuine care and attention that made our babymoon so memorable. We felt incredibly looked after from start to finish and are very grateful to the entire team for making such a special trip even more special. We would absolutely love to return."

They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and provided such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating, and their genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. The daily breakfast was delicious, and one of my favorite touches was how personal the service felt. The staff remembered our breakfast orders and even knew my husband and me by name. Those little details made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The spa was also amazing and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. And because we were celebrating my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made my birthday celebration in Morocco even more memorable. I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. My husband and I left with beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. "The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room. We were quickly accommodated, but we were not really able to get far enough away from the constant pounding bass sound. We decided to take advantage of the small pool in front, where we found some peace and quiet and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool. Later we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, again the staff are so very accommodating. The sweet receptionist organized a nice excursion to the Ourika valley the following day. We really enjoyed our breakfasts with the wonderful chef Hosmi and our friendly waiter Teoufiq. We had an early departure at 8am, but Hosmi happily made us coffee, and was very sad he could not make us breakfast before we had to go! And I wish we would have taken his suggestion to ask our driver to wait 10 minutes! This kind of hospitality is rarely found anywhere. We truly appreciated everyone’s sincere efforts to make our stay memorable. Bravo!"

"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."
