"Super lots of food options by foot!!!! Bed comfort & amenities can further enhance, no 'DND' signage provide. Hence daily cleaning was done & needed to request for 02 half size towels, which was originally placed in the room upon checking in. "

Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant trip😘😘😘. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor. "Hotel lift does not require card access so anyone can go into the hotel corridors. Banging sounds every half an hour or so from 11pm all the way into the am. I was terrified for my life. Not sure if anyone's room got broken into or if staff is doing laundry. Cleanliness is not great, there was hair on the towels, mould on the walls, and the room smells very musty. I had the worst hotel stay of my life. Check in and check out were quick and smooth and there are a few restaurants and a mart just downstairs."
