"The advertised breakfast was very poor. It was granola bars and a few pieces of fruit and instant oatmeal. Plus coffee. While the room seemed clean there were glad type odor eliminators in the bathroom and above the Kitchen area. The smell was unpleasant, sickeningly sweet and I had to put then both in the cupboard to try to lessor the smell. Gave me a headache and left me with the impression they were trying to hide the lack of good cleaning. This was my first stay in this chain and I don't plan on choosing it again."

"Our first room had a nicotine pouch on the end table and an open bottle of water, they did move us to another room, which was fine, but there was tape holding the vinyl laminate together on the entertainment center. A little dated for a Hampton"

"This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."

"I always have a great stay here and really enjoy the nice staff. This is more of a “grown-up” hotel; mostly adults though young people welcome, nice restaurant, good food, EASY parking. Good, quiet, clean rooms. Staff is very receptive and very nice. Room service very good and FAST! Food is fresh, good quality. Love the nice lobby. Rooms are good; fridge, streaming TV, nice bathrooms. Highly recommended. Great for personal time, working, business, or family time. "
