"The room was clean. After driving through a snowstorm in the mountains, we arrived at about 11 PM, exhausted and ready to be done for the night. But, after about 15 minutes of ringing the bell and calling the front desk, my son found the front desk clerk in the bathroom. We finally got checked in. I asked about the continental breakfast and was informed that it was only coffee (they had the food, just no one to cook it) because they just reopened and were understaffed. I asked for more coffee packs for the room- was told he would look and bring them up- they never showed. We went to the room and the key wouldn't work, guess the battery was dead? Got moved to a different room (which was also clean). Tried to get coffee (from the continental breakfast) in the morning only to find there was only coffee, sugar and sweeteners- no cream. Overall horrible experience. Maybe they'll get better with staffing, but beware. I am generally an understanding person, but this hotel was ridiculous. If you are so severely understaffed, maybe wait to reopen??"

"Friendly staff, very good breakfast, quiet location. My only drawback was I wish the bed to have been more comfortable."

"Pool & hot tub were nice. But no cookies until last day and still wasnt offered any until I asked for some. The room needed to be vacuumed. Its needs noise reduction all I could hear was the humming of the freeway and cars all night long. Breakfast was good but had to pay for that. Pull out couch was terrible to sleep on. Id say like 7/10."

"The advertised breakfast was very poor. It was granola bars and a few pieces of fruit and instant oatmeal. Plus coffee. While the room seemed clean there were glad type odor eliminators in the bathroom and above the Kitchen area. The smell was unpleasant, sickeningly sweet and I had to put then both in the cupboard to try to lessor the smell. Gave me a headache and left me with the impression they were trying to hide the lack of good cleaning. This was my first stay in this chain and I don't plan on choosing it again."
