"From arrival at Nongsapura Ferry terminal , till you return, everything is seamless. Staff are super helpful and approachable. It was easy to book massage and lunch/dinner reservations. Booking the bugee, ordering in room dining all seamless through Whatsapp. We encountered an issue on our 2nd day where we couldn’t enter room ( card/ lock issue). "The room is spacious and simple. It is near One Batam Mall and walkable. The breakfast is simple and can be crowded early in the morning. Access to all the popular malls easily via Grab or Gojek at reasonable price. I'll stay again next time. Please do not expect luxury at this price. "

"Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade. Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement. Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid."
