"Necessita de reforma urgente. Muito mofo nas paredes dos quartos e nas janelas dos corredores. Me trocaram de quarto, mas pelo o que olhei enquanto passava nos corredores, os quartos que estavam com as porta abertas, todos com mofo nas paredes, devido a infiltração de água nas paredes, creio eu, que necessita trocar o revestimento das paredes externas, para sanar o problema. Tivemos problemas com a água quente por 2 dias, pois estragou uma peça do aquecedor.
