Novotel Surfers Paradise
The staff were lovely and the customer service was superb in all manners. Rooms were such a perfect size and housekeeping made up for a small mistake in a very courteous way. Look forward to staying here again :)

Clean room, good space, great view to the pool and water. Just had to get a door stopper. Door chain broken. Only key door lock. Room door doesn’t look secured.
