"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "As an Expedia Gold level member and frequent user for 17 years, this is my first negative review. The day before we arrived, we received an email that offered us appetizers and 2-3 drinks for 35€ at 7pm on a Thursday. Since we arranged for dinner reservations months before, we declined.
