This place is magical.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Property is charming, quiet and comfortable and has lots of character. A bit far from most points of interest, including Djama El Fna, about a 20 min. walk, half on noisy, traffic-filled streets. But easy enough to get taxis to and fro.

Really enjoyed our stay. The owners felt more like hosts sharing their home with us. Great location close to ait Benhaddou but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. They also have a pool with a great view.

This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Big and clean room with separated seating area and huge balcony. Amazing mountain view from the balcony of the room. Very helpful and nice people. When we were not certain if our navigation system worked correctly, they arranged to meet us and provided clear directions for us. It was a wonderful stay, and the food was great and authentic. We liked also the nicely decorated dining hall and the roof terrace.

We arrived at the hotel after our Sahara trip and it was amazing. Our room was a junior suite but the entire room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel and it was excellent as well. My partner and I had a long stay here and said that we would come back to stay, if/when we visit the area again. The breakfast and menu for other meals is basic, though nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The spa was also basic, though one might research for a more authentic experience; however, convenience satisfied with a relaxing massage.
