"Very good service"

Ontbijt was eenvoudig. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer met vrij goede bedden."

"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "Dinner and breakfast are great Friendly staff"

"Owner Karim is honest person, he help me to find taxi from Zagora all the way to Marrakech in one day. Taxi driver is excellent and price is very reasonable. "

The tents are very nice with comfortable beds, hot showers and a flushing toilet. The dining tent is heated. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Just make sure to negotiate prices...
