"The resort was nice . Our room had a great view. The staff was not helpful with any questions. They would just say , you need to use our app. Put a do not disturb sign on our door , they still came in our room. Did not replace shower soap container that was empty in the shower . Just replaced towels. ..."

"The property needs a change in maintaining it cleaner. Considering is a family hotel, it lacks cleanliness and maintenence. The staff barely left clean towels and threw away garbage. Floors were dirty upon arrival and never cleaned throughout our 3 night stay. They had activities but didn't run it ..."
