There was no contact. Very difficult to try and reach anyone. Make sure you receive an email before arriving to print out the pass to park. And to get the door code, I waited for hours to receive the door code to get in, I was there at 1 pm to arrive early and check out the amenities we just couldn’t use them , the wrist bands were in the room we didn’t get in the room until 6 pm
