The living area features two reclining sofas, an accent chair, and a Samsung 65" Smart TV with streaming access, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. A sliding glass door opens to the inviting lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The dining area offers a beautiful table with seating for six, plus two additional bar stools at the kitchen island—great for family meals or morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook as much (or as little!) as you like, including a toaster, blender, Keurig pod & drip coffee maker, and more.
Downstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom with a twin and full-size bed and a large closet for convenient storage. The full bathroom on this level features a tub/shower combo and is conveniently located near the kitchen.
Upstairs, the primary suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a Samsung 50" TV with Firestick streaming, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own private balcony, with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) just steps away. A washer and dryer are also available upstairs for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the spacious lanai, complete with seating for six, a cozy outdoor sofa, and relaxing golf course views. Fire up the propane grill or the Traeger smoker for a true BBQ experience while soaking in the Florida sunshine.
To ensure you can get around the community in style, there is a golf cart for your use with approved waiver for our guests.

Being in this community is like finding a little piece of paradise amongst the Cypress trees, the golf course, tennis courts and lots of nature to see. Take a stroll through the community and play a game of I spy... but be careful as we have our local resident alligators in most ponds. This community offers tennis and pickleball courts plus 27 scenic holes that can be played in any variation to complete an 18-hole round! Get away from it all here! Saddlebrook’s new culinary journey is RARE 1981 is ready to tempt your tastebuds or try Palmhaus or Brew to fuel your day! But know you are only a short drive to Wiregrass or The Grove where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just 10-15 minute drive to Tampa Premium Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area like Carrabba's, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co or wine tasting at Cooper's Hawk. There is also a Publix grocery less than 2 miles from the home. If you want to take in a show, special restaurant, sports event or one of many cool activities such as Busch Gardens or the Tampa Zoo, we are a close 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and only an hour drive to Clearwater or St. Pete's Beaches!
