"The hotel is unique, clean, with nice staff. However, the rooms are very small, no microwave, and limited amentities that youd expect to find in a Marriot hotel. They are also incredibly expensive. For 3 nights for a regular room was over $1200. They charge for everything, a "tourism marketing fee", a "destination fee", a "tourism fee" and "tourism tax" in addition to $40 a night for valet, where they park your car 3 blocks away in a sketchy lot. Over $350 in additional fees is crazy. So buyer...

"i was there for 2 nights. so i didn’t really “experience” the whole hotel as i always out with friends the whole time. just went to hotel room to shower and sleep. but for what i saw, the hotel is nice, clean, safe. the front desk staff was nice when check in and check out. the parking garage can be confusing a bit the first time but there were sufficient parking spaces as we can park on level 2 (hotel floor) and also level 3 (visitor spaces). "

"We had a spot on the 2nd floor on the very end near the entrance, and the unit had carpet that seemed damp whem we came in. No smell, was super clean, large and luxurious beds etc but carpet should go. The check in was amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the staff and the.little beach was wonderful. There is a strong odor outside from the water that smelled lile sulfur. We werent sure what causes that, but it didnt affect the pool area, only the beach and environs..I read that it might be...

"Bed need to be better and rooms should have tiles no carpets or smells like wet clothes at time "

"You have to pay 15$ for parking overnight. Didn't really like that. If you want to avoid outsiders from parking, just post security, or tow non hotel members. Breakfast was pretty good for a Hyatt. Other than that, the property was decent. Surrounding areas not the best, but i felt safe at the property."

"It is clean, nice breakfast, quiet. Not much to do nearby, but you are only a 15-20 drive from Bush Gardens, 15 to Tampa Aquarium, etc. Its a nice quiet place to stay away from the city prices."
