Independent apartment behind the main house, accommodated to feel that they are still at home we hope you enjoy it.
We are centrally located 10 minutes from the international airport tampa,5 minutes from the Buccaneers Stadium and New York Yankees Stadium,we have 7 minutes from the Ben T Davis beach,5 minutes from Applebees, Hooters, Waffle house, etc just 15 minutes we will be in downtown of tampa ,the district of channelside ,the Amelie Arena Tampa Bay lightning,the aquarium, the cruise terminal, the historical district of ybor city,10 minutes is de Zoo, 20 minutes the amusement parks Busch gardens and adventure island, we have 30 minutes one of the most beautiful beaches of Florida Clearwater, 10 minutes from international mall and westshore mall and many other places.

It was very cozy, clean, and quiet. Close to the airport also but I didn't hear the planes at all.

We had a nice stay and liked how convient it was to the airport and different amenities. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and was seperate from the families living quarters.

Sparsely furnished, great bed, needs a regular living room and better lighting. Good value, great location. A BBQ and better equipped kitchen would be a bonus. There is no range and no laundry facilities. We went to a laundromat and that was fine.

T. V didn't work, light bulbs burned out, NO SUPPLIES OR FOOD EVEN FOR BREAKFAST. NOTHING PROVIDED. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA OR THIS FACILITY EVER AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO MY CLIENTS.
